Oh well, Lilac! I think it’s because Kensington only promotes in the countries they sell in. Actually I learned the hard way too when I held a couple of giveaways of my own, although my situation was with Canada, and not overseas. I ended up with two books signed to people when the packages were returned. This was via a Goodreads giveaway as well. <3 <3 <3
